What you'll do:

  • Ensure the efficient deployment of software updates, patches, and third-party applications to endpoints
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Ensure proper configuration and integration of endpoint devices with network infrastructure
  • Create, test, and distribute software packages and updates using tools like MECM and Intune; monitor deployment processes
  • Deploy security patches, address vulnerabilities, and assist in threat remediation
  • Support endpoint management tools, track hardware/software assets, and maintain lifecycle records
  • Conduct routine checks, monitor endpoint performance, and ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records, create reports, and develop knowledge base articles
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint integration, participate in training, and support team objectives

What we expect:

  • up to 2 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role, with exposure to endpoint management
  • basic understanding of endpoint management tools (e.g., MECM, Intune)
  • knowledge of operating systems (Windows and macOS)
  • knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • basic understanding of endpoint security concepts (antivirus, firewalls, encryption)
  • understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management
  • understanding of Azure
  • advanced level of English language use in speech and writing
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • constant professional development and acquisition of new technical knowledge
  • strong customer service orientation and ability to assist end-users
