What you'll do:

  • Lead and coordinate the onboarding program for new employees 
  • Design, update, and continuously improve the onboarding program in line with changes in technologies, services, and customer needs 
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, presentations, and e-learning content
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions on new processes, tools, and technologies   
  • Organize internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams within and outside the department  
  • Organize and/or deliver training for existing employees when a need for upskilling or reskilling is identified

What we expect:

  • Previous experience in onboarding processes and creating educational or e-learning materials 
  • Experience in conducting workshops or internal training sessions 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail 
  • Proactive and independent approach to work, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team 
  • Interest in employee development, learning, and continuous improvement 
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
