What’s the buzz about Service Desk?

At the Span Service Desk, you’ll be the first point of contact, resolving over 50% of technical issues for our customers. Think of it as the link between clients and our skilled engineers—a vital role that creates real value and ensures customer satisfaction.

As a Service Desk team member, you’ll:

  • Manage incident tickets: open, solve, escalate, and close them like a pro.
  • Keep an eye on IT systems with monitoring tools to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Help customers find the best solutions for their business needs.
  • Guide customers through the problem-solving process and keep them updated along the way.
  • Create monthly reports that provide valuable insights for our customers.
  • Spot opportunities for improvement and suggest ways to make our processes even better.


What you bring:

  • High school diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s degree (preferably IT-related).
  • Basic knowledge of network/security technologies, proficiency in Windows OS, and fluent English.
  • You're a team player ready for 24/7 shifts in an ever-evolving environment.
  • Bonus: Microsoft certifications or 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.
