As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst, you will be at the forefront of detecting, investigating, and responding to cyber threats for a diverse portfolio of international and Croatian clients. From leading advanced incident investigations and forensic analyses to enhancing detection capabilities and threat hunting programs, you will play a critical role in strengthening our clients' security posture. What you'll do:

Lead advanced investigations of security incidents, including complex and high-severity threats.
Coordinate and actively participate in incident response activities, digital forensics investigations, and cyber crisis management
Perform host, network, memory, and cloud forensic analysis for supporting containment, eradication, and recovery efforts
Investigate and analyze security events, logs, and telemetry across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud environments
Design, develop, and optimize use cases, detection rules, and automation workflows across SIEM, SOAR, and XDR platforms
Conduct threat hunting engagements and proactively identify suspicious activity, security weaknesses, and emerging threats within customer environments
Analyze threat trends, perform malware triage, and recommend improvements to security architecture, detection capabilities, and response processes
Lead technical discussions and client communication during security incidents, providing recommendations, status updates, and guidance throughout the response lifecycle
Mentor and support security analysts while contributing to the development of operational procedures, playbooks, and best practices within SOC and MDR environments
Prepare technical reports, findings, and recommendations for clients, technical stakeholders, and management

What we expect:

5+ years of experience in cyber security, security operations, incident response, digital forensics, or a related field
Proven ability to independently lead complex security investigations and incident response activities
Hands-on experience with digital forensics, threat hunting, malware analysis, and cloud-based investigations
Experience working with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, EDR, and log analysis platforms
Familiarity with various DFIR tools
Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, best practices, and security standards
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging cyber threats and industry trends
Knowledge of both English and Croatian is a must
