We are looking for a Security Presales Specialist to join our team.

We provide cyber security services to a wide array of domestic and international customers from different industries and of different sizes, but our main focus is on enterprise customers. As Security Presales Specialist you will be a part of a dedicated team with the aim of supporting our sales team by promoting our security solutions.

What you'll do:

Provide support to our sales teams in promoting security solutions to Span's clients
Continuously learn about and develop an understanding of Span's portfolio, as well as new technologies and trends in the field of cybersecurity, through self-study, obtaining certifications, and attending training provided by partners/vendors
Manage relationships with vendors in the field of cybersecurity, including identifying and selecting relevant partners in line with the company’s needs
Manage certifications and partner statuses with cybersecurity vendors, including planning the training, requirements, and investments needed to maintain or improve the partnership level
Actively participate in the procurement processes for security solutions: market analysis, bid evaluation, and selection of optimal solutions
Negotiate with vendors and distributors to achieve the most favourable commercial terms, including rebates, project pricing, bonuses, and other benefits
Monitor and analyse market trends in the field of cybersecurity, as well as changes in vendor pricing, terms, and programs, with the aim of optimizing procurement and maximizing business opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical departments, finance, legal) in the preparation of cybersecurity proposals, with an emphasis on the technical aspects of the proposal and taking ownership of them

What we expect:

At least two years of experience in a technical sales position or a related role
STEM or economics undergraduate or professional diploma, or equivalent work experience
Basic understanding of security solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, email security, web proxy, two-factor authentication, information protection, vulnerability management, cloud workload protection, SIEM, SOAR, etc.)
A consultative approach to working with security technologies and an understanding of how technologies contribute to business objectives
A professional and responsible approach to work, with well-developed communication and collaboration skills
Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Advanced knowledge of security solutions such as: firewalls, endpoint protection, email security, web proxy, multi-factor authentication, information protection, vulnerability management, cloud workload protection, SIEM, SOAR, etc.
