We’re looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team — someone who will actively drive the creation and maintenance of relationships with our customers. Your main goal will be to develop Span’s sales presence in the Greek market while collaborating with the sales team in Croatia. What you'll do:

  • Build and grow strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients in the Greek market
  • Identify client needs and match them with Span’s portfolio of IT services and solutions, creating real value through tailored proposals
  • Stay in tune with industry trends and proactively suggest the right technologies and approaches based on client goals
  • Drive business development through a mix of strategic planning and hands-on client engagement, both through direct sales or by supporting and guiding the team
  • Lead or contribute to the execution of our go-to-market strategy, working closely with marketing and leadership to grow Span’s presence in the region
  • Own your pipeline: identify and close opportunities, estimate service costs, prepare proposals, and ensure the full sales process runs smoothly
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver high-impact client projects and ensure seamless customer experience
  • Track and manage all sales activities in the CRM, keeping data clean and useful for the entire team
  • Support revenue forecasting and work toward shared sales KPIs and growth goals, as an individual contributor or in a leadership capacity


We could be a perfect fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT sector, and you're ready to drive growth in a dynamic, international environment
  • You’re confident navigating the IT landscape, especially in areas like Cloud, Cyber Security, Managed Services, or licensing, and you know how to translate that understanding into value for clients
  • You enjoy building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and can engage comfortably with IT decision-makers at large companies
  • You’re proactive and strategic, you listen to client needs, understand the bigger picture, and know how to turn opportunities into lasting partnerships
  • You hold a technical or business-related university degree
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
