We are seeking a structured, proactive, and articulate Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the strategic execution of complex programs that span multiple projects, with a strong focus on orchestrating initiatives across the enterprise IT and security landscape — including cloud technologies, network, cybersecurity, identity management, and infrastructure.

As a Program Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to define program objectives, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery. You will be expected to drive clarity, maintain high standards of execution, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. What you'll do:

Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple related projects
Ensure alignment of program goals with business strategy and customer needs
Establish and maintain governance structures, reporting frameworks, and decision-making processes
Identify, assess, and manage program-level risks and dependencies
Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
Support strategic planning and resource allocation across projects

What we expect:

A degree in Business, IT / Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in program management
Proven experience in IT infrastructure and/or cloud environments
Strong understanding of risk management and governance principles
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent in business English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and program/project management tools (e.g. MS Project)

Skills that will bring you extra points:

Active PgMP, PMP, or equivalent certification
Experience working in enterprise environments with complex stakeholder landscapes
