We are looking for technical Pre-sales expert in the area of Security Solutions to work with the sales team on promoting Span products and services to customers. Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales support and penetrating multiple lines of cloud and cyber/info security business in existing and new accounts
  • Participate in pre-sales activities including, but not be limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), Building BoQ’s, supporting in security designs, writing technical proposals, delivering product specific presentations and trainings
  • Learn and understand company service offerings in all Security service areas by self-study, acquiring certifications and partner/vendor training
  • Ensure that company recommended security solutions are comprehensive, achieve customer expectations and meet customer business needs
  • Consultative approach with customers and owns the technical side of customer relationships
  • Educate and develop sales teams on Security selling by formal and informal training
  • Stay current on new cloud and cyber security technology, trends, and market behavior by self-study, company training, acquiring certifications and partner/vendor training
  • Responsible for managing partnership with security vendors (not necessary)
  • Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Cloud and Cyber Security solutions: firewalls, endpoint protection, information protection, mail protection, vulnerability management, cloud security etc.
  • Consultative approach to security technology, and understands how that technology enables business
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Professional and responsible approach to work
  • Professional working proficiency Azerbaijan, English and Russian skills (both written and verbal communication)
  • Minimum 1 year in a Technical pre-sales position
