What you’ll do:

  • Participate in resolving network-related incidents in accordance with defined SLAs
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure (routing/switching, wireless, VPN, monitoring tools)
  • Actively monitor and maintain systems under contract, ensuring availability, performance, and early detection of issues
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc onsite visits to customers in order to assess system status, implement changes, and provide support
  • Keep documentation up to date, including configurations, procedures, and system installation records
  • Maintain and update the internal knowledge base with information on new incidents, troubleshooting steps, and best practices
  • Ensure that the “Operations Manual” is regularly updated for customers for whom you act as a Technical Account Manager
  • Continuously develop your professional skills and stay informed about new technologies, tools, and trends in networking

What we expect:

  • Technical high-school or university degree (SSS/VŠS/VSS) in a relevant field
  • Foundational knowledge of networking technologies (routing, switching, wireless, VPN) and understanding of network protocols
  • Ability to read and write technical documentation in English; very good command of spoken and written English
  • Driver’s license (category B) and readiness for occasional field work
  • Motivation for continuous learning and professional development in network administration and related technologies
  • Possession of networking certifications such as CCNA, PCNSA, ACMA is preferred but not mandatory
