We are a forward-thinking AI team, committed to driving innovation and excellence and we are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve various real-life challenges.

What you'll do:

Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
Implement MLOps practices to streamline and automate the machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation to model deployment and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide AI-driven solutions.
Work with our tech stack, including Python, Databricks, MLflow, Spark and Azure Cloud, to deliver high-quality machine learning solutions. (Note: Proficiency in Python is a must; experience with other technologies is a plus)
Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and accuracy.
Engage with clients to understand their needs, communicate complex ideas clearly, and deliver exceptional service.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning.
Document and present findings and methodologies to stakeholders.

Technical skills and experience required:

3+ years of experience in machine learning, data science and statistical modeling.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
Solid understanding and practical experience with MLOps practices and tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
A passion for AI and machine learning, with a drive to continuously learn and grow in the field.
A team player with a positive attitude, ready to collaborate and innovate together.
