We believe in the power of our people and are looking for a Legal Manager to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine, and act as a trusted legal partner to the business.

What you'll do: 

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including international agreements and foreign economic activities
  • Provide legal support across commercial, corporate, and employment matters
  • Advise on public procurement in accordance with Ukrainian legislation
  • Represent Span Ukraine in negotiations, disputes, courts, and authorities
  • Maintain corporate documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor legislative changes and provide timely, practical guidance to stakeholders
  • Support internal policies, procedures, and contract/document management
  • Assist with debt collection and claims management
  • Act as the responsible person for military records management (in line with Ukrainian regulations)

What we expect:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
  • Passed bar exam
  • 3+ years of experience in an in-house or legal consulting role (experience in IT/tech is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Ukrainian legislation (corporate, labour, and contract law)
  • Hands-on experience with contract negotiation and public procurement
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills
  • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
