As a Key Account Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing strategic client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and shaping tailor-made IT solutions that drive real value. You’ll be the go-to person for some of our most important clients, combining sales, industry insight, and internal coordination to deliver results that matter.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
  • Identify client needs and align them with Span’s range of IT services and solutions to transform your client's business  
  • Proactively suggest relevant technologies and solutions to Span’s clients based on their needs and industry trends 
  • Actively contribute to pre-sales activities, collaborating with solution architects and technical teams to shape tailored proposals and value-driven offerings 
  • Identify and realize new business opportunities 
  • Present tailor-made solutions to our clients 
  • Estimate service costs, prepare proposals and draft projects 
  • Coordinate internal teams involved in client projects 
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up in coordination with the finance team 
  • Keep CRM data up to date and manage all related activities and processes 
  • Plan and forecast revenue streams 
  • Drive revenue and profit growth through the sale of our products and services 


We could be a perfect fit if you:

  • Have at least 8+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT sector and are ready to contribute to the growth of a large international company
  • Have a good understanding of IT concepts, especially Cloud, Cyber Security , Business applications, AI , the market, and the industry – you’re comfortable speaking with IT and business Managers at large companies as your peers and are motivated to support their digital transformation 
  • Are a people person, and you genuinely enjoy building trust through strong, long-term relationships 
  • Are proactive and attentive to client needs, know the right services for them and consistently suggest fresh, valuable solutions 
  • Hold a technical or business university degree 
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken 
  • Have a valid driver’s license 

Skills that will bring you extra points:

  • Have experience in Cyprus and Malta enterprise market is a plus 
  • Experience in selling IT services and managed services
  • Familiarity with software & cloud licensing models
