We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Kyiv. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, driving sales, and ensuring seamless coordination between Span’s local and international teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Span’s services through regular communication with enterprise clients.
  • Drive sales related to software development, infrastructure projects, and support agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with Span Sales, Software Solutions, and Service Management teams in Croatia to maximize sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend client meetings to support proposal development based on stakeholder needs.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and prepare commercial offers for assigned accounts.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to technical teams to co-develop improved or new solutions.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts; ensure smooth invoicing and payment processes.
  • Coordinate internal resources (e.g., engineers) involved in project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage related administrative tasks.

Additional advantages

  • Understanding of enterprise client needs in IT or SaaS environments.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or IT consulting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and English B2 level.
