As a Junior Support Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer incidents, consulting inquiries, and change requests. By monitoring and supporting client systems, you’ll act as the link between our customers and technical teams—contributing directly to the success of our Enterprise Business Solutions department through reliable, value-driven support.


What you'll do:

  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer support requests, including logging, troubleshooting, escalating, and closing cases in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor IT systems and services to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance throughout the resolution process, maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports that offer meaningful insights into system performance and support trends.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and propose actionable enhancements to optimize service delivery and support processes.


What we expect:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably IT-related)
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems such as business applications, proficiency in Windows/Office, and fluent English.
  • You're a team player ready for collaboration with other colleagues to help our customers


Skills that will bring you extra points:

  • Microsoft certifications or 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365 and Power Platform)
