HR Business Partner is the central point of contact regarding all HR areas and activities for the business division he/she is responsible for. At this position you will consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance, resolve complex employee relations issues, identify needs and suggest solutions. You will also work closely with HR Operations and Recruitment team in HR projects implementation, recruitment and operative execution. Of course, there will be lot of recruitment and onboarding activities, employee reviews, performance evaluations, talent recognitions, career planning and many more!

What you'll do:

  • Collaboration with the Recruitment team on recruitment and selection matters within your Business Unit
  • Driving the performance review process by working closely with managers, guiding them through preparation for goal setting, grading, feedback sharing, etc. through conversations, and facilitating the setting of meaningful goals within their teams
  • Talent management and career development planning
  • Implementation of HR projects and initiatives in coordination with managers and employees
  • Functioning as a trusted HR partner to the dedicated Business Unit — collaborating closely with the Director on strategic HR matters, while also supporting managers and team leads in day-to-day HR operations and initiatives
  • Supporting organizational transformations and business growth from HR perspective
  • Participation in other HR processes and projects and active cooperation with all team members

What we expect:

  • Master or bachelor’s degree (preferably in social sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field)
  • Active knowledge of English in speech and writing
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR roles (preferably in the IT industry)
  • Familiar with employer branding and social networks usage
  • Proficiency in working with MS Office package
  • Excellent communication, presentation and social skills
  • High level of organization and personal integrity
