We are looking for a detail‑oriented, proactive, and service‑minded Event Host to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the key person ensuring that every event - whether a workshop, meeting, or internal gathering - runs flawlessly. You’ll manage the logistics of our event space, prepare setups tailored to each occasion, coordinate equipment and consumables, and support participants with professionalism and warmth.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, solving practical challenges, and working closely with different teams to deliver high‑quality experiences. What you'll do:

Managing the schedule and logistics of the event space
Setting up the space according to the type and needs of each event
Ensuring full functionality of the space – equipment, technical setup, and consumables
Preparing the space for workshops (layout setup, accreditations, materials such as notebooks, etc.)
Organizing food and beverage orders
Serving participants with hot beverages
Administrative processing and filing of invoices
Collaborating with different departments on event preparation and organization
Ordering and managing consumable supplies
