As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for an ESG Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to participate in shaping the sustainability strategy of a large IT company. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the integration of ESG principles into all aspects of our operations.
What you'll do:
Develop, implement, and monitor ESG strategies in line with the company’s objectives
Prepare regular ESG reports and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with different departments to ensure ESG principles are integrated across all business operations
Identify opportunities for improving environmental efficiency, including reducing the carbon footprint
Lead initiatives to enhance diversity, inclusion, and social responsibility within the company
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards
Participate in educating and raising awareness among employees about the importance of ESG practices

What we expect:
At least 3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related fields
A degree in sustainability, business administration, social sciences, or a related field
Deep understanding of ESG principles and best practices
Experience in creating ESG reports and data analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
Passion for sustainability and social responsibility
Skills that will bring you extra points:
Experience with sustainability certifications and reporting frameworks
Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance
Project management experience, especially in sustainability projects
Experience in conducting sustainability audits
Training or certifications in environmental science, renewable energy, or related fields.
