Cloud Identity & Security Department

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Solution Architect to join our Cloud Identity & Security team.

This role is focused on designing and leading modern security and identity solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, helping customers secure identities, devices, applications, data, and cloud environments. While Microsoft technologies form the core of our delivery portfolio, we are looking for a professional with a broad cybersecurity background, strong architectural skills, and a solid understanding of cloud security principles across different platforms.

As a Cybersecurity Solution Architect, you will work closely with customers, project teams, and technical specialists to understand business and security requirements, define solution architectures, and guide the successful implementation of security initiatives. The role combines security architecture, customer advisory, and technical leadership, providing opportunities to influence both strategic direction and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Security Architecture & Solution Design

Design secure and scalable solutions across identity, security, compliance, and cloud domains.
Lead architecture activities throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and assessment through implementation and adoption.
Define target-state architectures, security roadmaps, and transformation plans.
Produce architecture documentation, design decisions, implementation guidance, and technical recommendations.
Ensure solutions align with security best practices, compliance requirements, and customer objectives.
Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight throughout project delivery.

Customer Engagement & Advisory

Engage with customers to understand business objectives, security requirements, risks, and operational challenges.
Lead workshops, architecture discussions, and solution-design sessions.
Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders throughout security transformation initiatives.
Translate business and security requirements into practical technical solutions.
Present security strategies, architectural recommendations, and project outcomes to both technical and executive audiences.

Technical Leadership

Collaborate with security engineers, consultants, project managers, and other architects to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Support internal teams with architectural guidance, design reviews, and technical mentoring.
Contribute to the development of service offerings, delivery methodologies, and architectural standards.
Stay current with cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, cloud technologies, and Microsoft security capabilities.

Business Development Support

Support discussions around solution strategy, scope definition, and project planning when engaging with customers.
Identify opportunities to improve customer security posture and maturity through architecture-led initiatives.
Contribute technical expertise to proposals, solution designs, and customer presentations.

Required Experience

10+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, cloud security, identity management, infrastructure security, or related areas.
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise security solutions.
Experience leading architecture activities within complex customer environments.
Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity principles and enterprise security architectures.
Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
Ability to balance business requirements, security objectives, operational considerations, and technical constraints.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience with the following is considered beneficial: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Hybrid cloud environments, Network and infrastructure security, Security solutions from leading cybersecurity vendors.

Certifications

Security Certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC certifications)

Microsoft Certifications (Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Information Protection Administrator Associate, Security Operations Analyst Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)

Other Cloud Certifications (AWS Security Specialty, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer)

Equivalent certifications and practical experience will also be considered.
