As a Cyber Resilience Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the cyber security of our client's information environment and systems. This role involves assessing risks, implementing effective governance, and ensuring proactive responses to cyber incidents.

What you'll do:

  • Support the delivery of cybersecurity consulting and advisory services, helping organisations strengthen their security posture and address business and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in security assessments and testing activities, contributing to the identification, analysis, and prioritisation of security risks and improvement opportunities
  • Assist in the evaluation of cybersecurity processes, controls, and capabilities, helping organisations understand the effectiveness of their security environment
  • Contribute to security reviews and maturity assessments, supporting clients in assessing their current state and defining future improvement initiatives
  • Support the development of practical recommendations and improvement plans aimed at enhancing cybersecurity resilience and reducing organisational risk
  • Participate in risk, threat, and security monitoring activities, helping identify emerging challenges and supporting informed decision-making
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of security awareness, education, and capability-building initiatives for client organisations
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of security readiness and response exercises, helping organisations strengthen their preparedness for cybersecurity incidents.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and client-facing deliverables, translating technical findings into clear and actionable business insights

What we expect:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity or other relevant fields
  • 5+ years of professional experience in penetration testing
  • Extensive knowledge of hardware, software and networking technologies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of English and Greek

Skills that would bring you extra points:

  • Penetration testing certifications (e.g. OSCP, OSWE, CCMAS, GPEN or similar/equivalent certification)
  • Other relevant professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM)
