 We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist  to join our team in Kyiv. This role is focused on building strong relationships with Enterprise-level clients, supporting their adoption of Microsoft technologies (primarily M365 and Azure), and helping them achieve long-term success. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage Enterprise-level clients to support the adoption and ongoing use of Microsoft 365, demonstrating its value for long-term business success.
  • Monitor and assist clients using Modern Workplace and Azure solutions in their daily operations.
  • Build relationships with new Enterprise clients by understanding their business needs and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, track implementation and usage trends, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Drive customer success through retention, increased usage, and contract renewals.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support pilot clients and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and support opportunities for clients to act as M365 ambassadors (e.g., testimonials, references).

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, or IT consulting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Additional advantages: 

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure (implementation, optimization, licensing).
  • Understanding of Microsoft CSP channels and cloud service models.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics and lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with Enterprise clients in IT or SaaS environments.
