In the Custom Development & AI Architect position, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive architectures that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, create robust cloud strategies, and guide the implementation of these strategies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of solutions, driving business value, and fostering innovation. What you'll do:

Analyze client business needs to define optimal software architecture and AI-enabled solution designs that drive tangible business outcomes
Lead the design, planning, and adaptation of custom applications and AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and client expectations
Oversee the selection of technologies, platforms, and development frameworks, with consideration for technical constraints, risks, and project timelines
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, including developers, data scientists, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure cohesive solution delivery
Contribute to the technical components of pre-sales activities, including early-stage ideation, solution shaping, and effort estimation
Drive the creation of clear, user-oriented technical documentation to support implementation, maintenance, and knowledge transfer
Define and promote development best practices, coding standards, and operational efficiency for software and AI projects
Monitor emerging trends in custom software development and AI technologies, integrating innovative approaches into architectural recommendations and project planning

We could be a perfect fit if you:

Have at least 5+ years of experience in software architecture and custom solution development
Have strong knowledge of AI tools and frameworks
Have proven experience designing and integrating AI-powered features
Have an ability to assess and select appropriate technologies, define architectural patterns, and lead end-to-end solution design
Have experience contributing to pre-sales efforts, including solution estimation, technical documentation, and architecture presentations
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and articulate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
