As a Corporate Communications Specialist you will be responsible for participating in the development, implementation, and management of communication plans and tasks, all with the aim of promoting the organization's mission, vision, and values, as well as enhancing and maintaining brand reputation. The role requires knowledge of processes and tasks in the field of internal and external communications. 




What you'll do:

  • Participate in coordinating and implementing internal communication plans to ensure optimal employee awareness
  • Write and distribute internal announcements, notices, blogs, memos, and documents through appropriate channels
  • Assist in organizing internal events from a communication perspective
  • Work closely with the HR department, directors, and management board members in planning activities and improving their communication with employees
  • Execute all communication activities in line with the brand strategy
  • Write press releases, actively builds and manages media relationships, responds to media inquiries, and coordinates statements and interviews
  • Provide communication support in the preparation of financial and sustainability reports and supports investor relations and ESG initiatives
  • Participate in planning and executing PR campaigns and, when needed, contribute to creating integrated marketing campaigns within their area of expertise
  • Maintain and update the corporate section of the official website and assist in creating and refreshing corporate materials
  • Work closely with the corporate communications team and colleagues from the Brand and Communications department
  • Work with the crisis management team
  • Engage with media and other external partners


We could be a perfect fit if you have:

  • A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related humanities field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the communications industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both the native language and English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work and collaborate with various teams within the organization
  • Experience in media relations or working in the media industry
  • Knowledge of essential communication tools, including social media
  • Analytical skills for measuring the effectiveness of communication strategies and plans
