Cloud Solution Engineer – Microsoft 365

Join Our Microsoft Cloud Team

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Engineer to help organizations adopt, migrate, and optimize Microsoft 365 services.

As part of our Microsoft Cloud team, you will design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions, participate in cloud migration projects, and support customers through complex tenant-to-tenant migrations, mergers, and separation initiatives. You'll work closely with experienced engineers and architects while continuing to develop your expertise across collaboration, identity, security, and AI technologies.

What You'll Do

• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and workloads.
• Deliver cloud migration projects, including migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365.
• Lead or participate in tenant-to-tenant migration, tenant consolidation, merger, and divestiture projects.
• Deploy and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Entra ID solutions.
• Analyze technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions and migration approaches.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft 365 environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, migration plans, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate directly with customers, project managers, consultants, and architects throughout project delivery.
• Contribute to technical standards, automation, and service improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of:
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Authentication and authorization technologies
  • Cloud identity models (cloud-only, hybrid, and federated)
  • DNS and networking fundamentals
• Experience working with one or more of the following technologies:
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Microsoft 365 Administration

Professional Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently own technical tasks and deliverables.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Structured and customer-focused approach to problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within project teams and customer environments.

Nice to Have

The following certifications are considered an advantage:

• MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• AZ-900 – Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• SC-900 – Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator
• AZ-104 – Microsoft Azure Administrator
• SC-300 – Identity and Access Administrator

Additional advantages:

• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities.
