While our sales teams are opening doors in new countries, the core of our delivery and technical expertise is located here at our headquarters. Our Cloud team is responsible for implementing solutions based on Azure, M365, and Cloud Security technologies.



We are looking for someone who will serve as a key link between our international sales representatives and our technical teams at headquarters.


This role does not focus on server configuration; instead, we are seeking an organized individual with strong technological awareness. Your task is to take over a sales opportunity (lead), understand what the client needs, find the right people within our organization who can deliver it, and coordinate the creation of the resource estimate and Scope of Work. You are the owner of the process from inquiry to final offer.


What you'll do: 

  • Opportunity coordination: Receiving and triaging sales opportunities coming from Presales and Sales colleagues in other countries.
  • Internal communication: Identifying and engaging the appropriate technical experts (Cloud architects, engineers) needed for project assessment.
  • Scope definition: Ensuring that all technical requirements are clearly defined and translated into a concrete scope of work and time/resource estimate.
  • Portfolio knowledge: A deep understanding of our service catalog (Azure, M365, Security) to independently assess whether an inquiry fits our competencies.
  • Deadline management: Ensuring that sales representatives receive technical inputs on time and in the agreed format.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of inquiries and statuses in the CRM/internal tools. 


What we expect:

Above all, we are looking for someone meticulous, communicative, and resourceful. You should be able to easily navigate a corporate structure and know whom to contact to get things done. 

  • Understanding basic IT concepts and terminology (difference between IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, what Azure is, what a tenant is, basics of cybersecurity). You don’t need to implement solutions, but you must understand what colleagues are talking about.
  • Excellent ability to prioritize and handle multiple parallel “cases” at once
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (daily communication with international markets).
  • Experience working in the IT sector, sales support, project coordination, or similar roles.


Skills that will bring you extra points:

  • Basic cloud certificates (e.g., Microsoft AZ-900 or MS-900) are a big plus but not required
