We are looking for an organized, motivated, and versatile professional to join our team as a Business Analyst/Project Manager. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, taking ownership of both business analysis and project management tasks. You will ensure that project goals align with business needs while overseeing the entire project lifecycle - from gathering requirements to delivering solutions.

As a Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to define, document, and analyse business requirements. You will then take these requirements through to project execution, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

What you'll do:

Communicate with customers, business stakeholders, and the technical teams
Work with the team in project coordination and project monitoring from the beginning to the end
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation
Track project progress, deliverables, and administrative tasks
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear business and functional requirements
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and solution design discussions
Collect and specify user requirements (functional specification or product backlog)
Maintain product backlog, open tasks on DevOps, and track progress
Work closely with software engineers, data analysts, data engineers, architects, and other specialists to deliver high-quality solutions
Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and other key project artifacts, while supporting project costs, budgets, and document quality control

What we expect:

Understanding of business and delivery processes within the IT sector
Understanding of business analysis, including translating business needs into business and functional requirements
Experience working within cross-functional teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, MS Project, Visio, or similar)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Readiness to learn new technologies, with a proactive and responsible approach to work
Proficiency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken

Skills that will bring you extra points:

Experience with managing Dynamics 365/Power Platform projects and/or software development projects
Experience with managing data & analytics projects and/or IT infrastructure projects
Good understanding of business and delivery pro
PMP certificate
SCRUM or AGILE certificate
