We are looking for a BA Team Leader who will elevate our BA function by empowering the team, strengthening collaboration and stakeholder alignment, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Monitoring project progress of team members and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Identifying and removing obstacles that affect team efficiency and reporting to supervisors
  • Planning team capacity, allocating resources, setting priorities, and ensuring optimal team utilization across multiple projects
  • Managing team recruitment, motivation, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, performance evaluation, and onboarding
  • Mentoring team members, planning their development goals, and supporting their professional growth
  • Promoting team culture, knowledge sharing, and skill development
  • Collaborating with other teams within the division and across the organization
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring alignment between business needs and delivery
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of BA deliverables across the team
  • Defining, maintaining, and improving Business Analysis standards, methodologies, templates, and tools
  • Coordinating and approving presales activities for the BA team and actively contributing to presales processes when required
  • Contributing to projects as a Business Analyst and defining specific tasks and the optimal business analysis approach for each project

What we expect:

  • University degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis for software projects
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • Experience working on complex software projects and understanding the full development lifecycle (Agile and Scrum methodologies are preferred)
  • Experience with tools and technologies such as Azure DevOps, Excel, Postman, REST API, databases, reporting solutions (PowerBI or similar)
  • Understanding of high-level software architectures, implementation technologies, and DevOps concepts
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to identify solutions that bring business value
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
