As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for a Bid Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the bid process within a large, multinational IT company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure successful and timely submissions of bids and tenders.



What you'll do: 

  • Complete preparation of all needed procurement documentation
  • Complete preparation of dedicated tenders according to tender documentations
  • Offer submissions via EOJN, various customer portals, e-mails as well as physically when required
  • Regular cooperation and communication with various Departments: KAM team, Sales team, Technical teams, Backoffice, Management
  • Support our international offices in procurement processes
  • Collaboration with clients, partners and suppliers
  • Extraction of financial documents for tenders and contracts
  • Daily monitoring of published tenders
  • Regular data entry into internal database for all procurements and contracts

What we expect:

  • Experience in commercial and administrative tasks is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe)
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Basic understanding of public procurement laws

  • Knowledge of regulations and at least 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Experience in the ICT sector
  • Experience as a Bidder
  • Completed training in public procurement
  • Certified Public Procurement Specialist
