As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Total Rewards professional to take the lead in shaping and managing our reward strategies. This role is essential for ensuring our compensation and benefits practices are fair, transparent, and aligned with both employee needs and business goals. 



What you’ll do:

  • Design and implement Total Rewards programs, including salary structures, benefits, bonuses, and incentive models.
  • Ensure pay equity and transparency across the organization, aligning with regulatory requirements such as the EU pay transparency directive.
  • Develop and maintain job grading systems and salary bands.
  • Partner with Controlling to manage employee-related budgets, track costs, and optimize resources.
  • Standardize and continuously improve Total Rewards practices to enhance efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Link reward policies with performance management and employee development strategies.

  • Proven expertise in Total Rewards, including compensation, benefits, and incentive planning.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with a track record of implementing effective solutions.
  • Experience in managing pay structures, benchmarking, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, especially HR and finance, and communicate complex topics effectively.


Skills that will bring you extra points:

  • Experience developing and implementing bonus models and incentive programs.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and their integration with rewards strategies.
  • Background in HR analytics, Controlling or roles requiring close collaboration between HR and Controlling.
