Our Presales Team is looking for a Tehnical Presales Specialist responsible for implementing and supporting the effective use of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure services, as well as Microsoft programs, at customer base in collaboration with our sales and technical teams on all markets where Span is present. This role involves coordinating sales activities, project initiatives, marketing efforts, and go-to-market campaigns (GTM) related to Microsoft programs, ensuring that clients and all internal teams understand and fully utilize the benefits of Microsoft technologies.



What you'll do:

  • Client Collaboration: Proactively work with clients to increase their utilization of Microsoft products and services based on their needs and technological requirements.
  • Customer Management: Analyse and monitor the delivery of Microsoft projects to identify additional service opportunities and promote increased cloud adoption among existing clients.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with existing clients in collaboration with Span sales and technical teams to achieve new business goals.
  • Engagement Management: Work directly with customers and with Span internal sales, technology strategists, and delivery teams to ensure clients understand and effectively use Microsoft programs, while providing tailored recommendations based on client eligibility criteria and their existing Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Proactive Support: Offer ongoing consultant support directly to the customer and to the Span sales team and conduct regular client assessments to ensure maximum utilization of available program benefits.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely Span sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track the performance of Microsoft programs, collect and analyze data, and provide detailed reports on progress, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance with Microsoft Standards: Adhere to guidelines and policies established by Microsoft and ensure all programs and activities meet the latest standards.


We could be a perfect fit if you have:

  • Technical Skills:
    • A solid understanding of the M365 and Azure ecosystems, including services and tools within these platforms.
    • Knowledge of cloud computing principles, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
    • (Preferred) Familiarity with security practices and compliance in cloud environments.
    • (Preferred) Experience with integration and migration scenarios involving M365 and Azure platforms.

  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients, sales teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to analyse challenges and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Strategic thinking skills to design and implement strategies that maximize the value clients derive from M365 and Azure services.

  • Key Expertise:
    • Advanced proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the Microsoft Teams platform.
    • (Preferred) Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms to track client engagement and performance.
    • (Preferred) Experience in project management and business analysis to manage project plans and oversee progress.
    • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in M365 and Azure technologies.

  • Key Certification:
    • (Preferred) Microsoft certified: Azure fundamentals
    • (Preferred) Microsoft certified: Security, Compliance and Identity fundamentals
    • (Preferred) Microsoft 365 certified: Fundamentals
