Our CSP Support team is looking for a Technical Consultant to play a crucial role in monitoring, managing, and optimizing IT systems while ensuring support for our customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving incidents, investigating security alerts, implementing security patches, and continuously improving IT processes. 

Beyond daily operations, you’ll actively contribute to projects, maintain a knowledge base, produce reports, and work as a Technical Account Manager for select customers. What you'll do:

  • Regular monitoring of IT systems using monitoring tools
  • Processing of requests and incidents - tickets (opening, solving, escalation, closing)
  • Proactively identifying and responding to events, alerts and incidents according to procedures
  • Resolving minor incidents based on agreed-upon guidelines
  • Detection of potential security threats
  • Investigation of security alerts and incidents
  • Handling requests in accordance with agreed-upon procedures
  • Installing security patches on IT infrastructure following established procedures
  • Finding the best solution for our customers business needs
  • Actively participating in projects
  • Fulfilling the position of Technical Account Manager for certain customers
  • Updating the knowledge base with new incidents and solutions
  • Walking the customers through the problem-solving process and keeping them informed of progress
  • Identifying and suggesting possible improvements on procedures
  • Producing monthly reports for customers
  • Continuous learning and professional development

What we expect:

  • 2 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role, with exposure to endpoint management
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and macOS)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management
  • Understanding of Azure
  • Understanding of endpoint management tools (Intune)
  • Understanding of endpoint security concepts (antivirus, firewalls, encryption)
  • Advanced level of English language use in speech and writing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Constant professional development and acquisition of new technical knowledge
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to assist end-users
  • Willingness to work in a fast-pacing and dynamic environment
  • Readiness for constant learning, keeping up with new technologies
