What you'll do:
Solve tasks that appear within incidents
Participation in infrastructure installations and maintenance
Updating the knowledge base on new incidents and solutions
Documenting configurations and installations on systems

What we expect:
Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients

Experience in troubleshooting Active Directory problems

SQL (concept, vocabulary, syntax)
Microsoft SQL Administration
Knowledge of any identity solution
