We are looking for a new member of our Legal team who will cooperate with our Board members and other departments inside our organization. Legal Advisor works hand in hand with Department Manager and solves legal affairs for employer, including operative and administrative support.


What you’ll do:

  • Draft and review contracts, oversee the signing process and manage case status
  • Negotiate with the Employer's customers and suppliers to resolve legal matters
  • Prepare legal opinions on business transactions within the Employer's activities
  • Provide legal support in procedures within the Employer's organization
  • Resolve the Employer's and affiliate companies' legal status issues
  • Provide legal support in drafting procedures, decisions, and other internal acts of the employer
  • Monitor regulations, legal opinions, and case law relevant to the Employer's activities
  • Legal assistance in debt collection
  • Updating the Employer's contract database
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager

What we expect:

  • Master’s Degree in Law
  • 3 years of working experience in similar position
  • Good knowledge of Office MS Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Great communication skills and experience in working with clients
  • Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken) – we work with international clients
