Our Software Asset Management and Licensing team is a significant part of our success. In order to be an even better partner to our Customers, we need an all-around player, a tech-savvy person, confident to speak with customers at all management levels.

We are looking for Junior Software Asset Management & Licensing Consultant, responsible for maximizing Customers value and minimizing their risk on all software and cloud investments (Assets). In this role, you would become a trusted advisor to our customers, supporting them in all aspects of license delivery, compliance and software spend optimization. You will be working in in an experienced team where knowledge-sharing and upskilling are a natural part of the way we work

What you'll do: 

• Working daily with vendor-specific software licensing rules
• Work on Licensing deals:
  • Licensing agreements management (renewals, anniversaries, etc.)
  • Licensing agreements preparation (agreement package creation and submission for signature and processing)
  • License orders fulfillment (utilization of vendor’s order tools/forms)
  • Licensing calculation and offer preparation (utilization of vendor’s pricelist)
• Work on SAM services delivery
  • Delivery of SAM assessment projects, SAM tool implementation projects, SAM managed services, etc.
  • Use of relevant tools (SAM tools, Excel, SQL, etc.) to execute on asset discovery, inventory, compliance, usage, and optimization
  • Standardization and implementation of SAM processes
  • Data analysis and report production

• Basic understanding of IT concepts and terms (client-server, virtualization, processor, core, cluster, instance, high availability, cloud concepts, etc.)

• Desire to gain software licensing knowledge and certifications on major software vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, VMware, Adobe, etc.)

Skills that will bring you extra points:

• Data analysis and data visualization skills (Excel, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI, etc.)
• Understanding of Database concepts (tables, keys, relations, queries, etc.)
