Who are we looking for?

HR Specialist is the central point of contact regarding all HR areas and activities for the business division he/she is responsible for. At this position you will consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance, resolve complex employee relations issues, identify needs and suggest solutions. You will also work closely with HR project team in HR projects implementations and operative execution. Of course, there will be lot of recruitment and onboarding activities, employee reviews, performance evaluations, talent recognitions, career planning and many more!

We are also looking for a person to fit into our HR team which currently has 9 girls. Each of us is different and primarily deals with a different part of the job. What we have in common is that we are always ready to listen, help and advise each other. Below you can find the tasks we would like you to take on and bring new energy to our team with your experience, knowledge and commitment.

Our HR is following the rest of the company in all the dynamic changes, and we expect you to be the initiator of some of them.

What you’ll do

  • Coordination and conducting the recruitment and selection process
  • Preparing and conducting annual and periodical performance evaluation interviews
  • Talent management and career development planning
  • Implementation of HR projects in coordination with managers and employees
  • Advising managers and team leaders on all topics related to HR
  • Supporting organizational transformations and business growth from HR perspective
  • Participation in other HR processes and projects and active cooperation with all team members

What you’ll need

  • Master or bachelor’s degree (preferably in social sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field)
  • Active knowledge of English in speech and writing
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR roles (preferably in the IT industry)
  • Familiar with employer branding and social networks usage
  • Proficiency in working with MS Office package
  • Excellent communication, presentation and social skills
  • High level of organization and personal integrity
