HR Manager

We’re in Span are looking for an HR Manager who will support the day-to-day needs of the incredible talent we have within our team. You will make an immediate impact through your expertise in organizational design and talent management strategy, all while acting as a steward of Span`s culture.

You’ll have the opportunity to build processes almost from scratch, bring new ideas and best HR practices to life and work with the talented teams both locally and remotely with HQ from Zagreb.

 

What challenges you will meet:

  • Conducting the full-cycle recruitment
  • Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and involvement
  • Ownership of the main HR processes with possibility to influence them and propose new ideas
  • Implementation and development of HR policies
  • Development and implementation of educational training for employees
  • Maintaining high retention rate (92% as of now)
  • Implement company HR processes (Adaptation, Evaluation, Career Development, Assessment etc.);
  • Create and implement HR strategy and HR plan in the company;
  • Coordinate team building sessions and company corporate events;
  • Identify employees needs and issues, and help to solve them.

Your professional qualities:

  • Experience working as HR and Recruiter at least 2 years;
  • Good understanding of IT industry;
  • Experience in candidate selection and interviewing;
  • Strong experience in HR functional areas (HR competencies, HR strategy, recruitment, etc.)
  • Experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews & 360 assessment, L&D, people management, conflict solving, engagement & retention, dismissal)
  • At least Intermediate level of English
