We are looking for an ambitious Enterprise Sales Lead with strong business acumen and the technical background necessary to develop market and increase adoption of cloud based IT solutions and services in Public and Enterprise Sector customers .
Your main responsibilities will include Span sales process development on Ukrainian market area working remotely with Span sales and technical staff based in Croatia on one side and UA team and clients on the other side. 

Specifically, you would be responsible for:

  • Promoting and selling Span services while maintaining regular communication with customers
  • Supervise, coordinate and develop employees and suggest improvements for employee engagement;
  • Generating sales in segment of enterprise customers related to software
  • applications development, new infrastructure projects and support agreements
  • Collaborate closely with Span Sales, Span Software Solutions, Solution Consulting Services and Solution and Service Management teams in Croatia to maximize sales volume and efficiency and create a better customer experience
  • Provide quality customer service, quotes and basic technical knowledge for assigned sales
  • Attend customer meetings to assist in preparing proposals based on stakeholder and customer needs; bringing customer feedback to technical teams to jointly develop improved/new customer solutions
  • Preparing estimates, proposals and contracts for dedicated customers and making sure invoicing and payment process runs smoothly and on time
  • Coordination of internal resources (engineers) involved in projects
  • Regular CRM updates and related administrative tasks

Requirements :

  • Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models and Cloud solutions portfolio
  • Experience with account management and complex solution selling for more than 3 years
  • Good market overview, customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • At least Intermediate level of English both written and spoken
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Multitasker and critical thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Educational background in technical field preferred (IT, physics, machinery, mathematics, etc.) or similar relevant field would be a bonus
