Data Engineer (Enterprise Business Solutions)

Our Enterprise Business Solutions business unit is looking for a motivated Data Engineer who is going to help us on various projects. 

What you'll do:

• Development of ETL and integration processes in the context of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric environments.
• Design, implement and operate stable and scalable solutions to flow data from diverse data sources into the centralized databases, and Fabric OneLake, and into end-user facing applications
• Build and optimize data models and transformations in Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Lakehouses, Data Pipelines).
• Participate in client business requirements analysis and translate those into technical solutions.
• Creating clear and consistent technical project documentation
• Work with data analysts and data scientists to support predictive analytics workflows, ensuring high-quality and well-modelled data is available for machine learning and reporting
• Participating in the technical presales process for integration and data architecture topics.

What we expect:

• Hands-on experience with data integration tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Informatica, ODI, IBM DataStage, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (query writing, performance tuning, stored procedures).
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data flow orchestration, and data quality management.
• Experience or interest in Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Dataflows, Power BI integration).
• Understanding of data architecture and modelling principles (dimensional modelling, star schema, normalization).
• Strong analytical mindset, able to investigate issues, debug data pipelines, and ensure data integrity.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics workflows preparing and structuring data for analysis, ML, or forecasting.
• Independence in managing assigned tasks and proactive communication within the team.
• Good English skills (both written and verbal communication).
• Core Tools & Technologies:
  • Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform
  • SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake
  • SSIS, Power Query, DAX, Logic Apps, Power Automate
  • Python or T-SQL scripting for automation and data transformation (a plus)

• Data Concepts:
  • Data governance and metadata management
  • Performance optimization and data quality control
  • Integration with ERP/CRM systems (especially Dynamics 365)

Skills that will bring you extra points:

• Experience in working with databases (SQL Server, other DBMS)

• Azure storage options knowledge (Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL)
